Orestes Fintiklis
Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors

- The SPAC management team is led by Orestes Fintiklis, who serves as our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chairman of our Board of Directors.
- Orestes is a repeat SPAC sponsor having successfully completed a business combination with Mondee in July 2022, in a transaction that included an all-equity PIPE at $10.
- Orestes has an extensive experience in hospitality, travel and real estate investing of almost 20 years.
- He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Ithaca Capital and has been involved in all aspects of acquisitions, financing, asset-management and exits of Ithaca’s assets.
- Ithaca has acquired and/or asset-managed six hospitality businesses, including the acquisition of iconic and award-winning hotels such as the JW Marriott Panama and W Hotel Bogota, and successfully exited 5 of the 6 investments.
- Previously, Orestes joined Dolphin Capital Partners in June 2007 and served as a partner from December 2013 to January 2017. Dolphin Capital Partners raised approximately $600 million of equity since June 2007 and raised and invested a total of approximately $1.1 billion of equity since December 2005 into multiple renowned hotels and resorts such as Amanera and Playa Grande (Dominican Republic), Pearl Island (Panama), Amanzoe and Nikki Beach (Greece).
- Orestes started his career as a corporate attorney in the finance, tax, competition law and international arbitration departments of Clifford Chance LLP in both London and Brussels and continues to hold the qualification of Solicitor of England and Wales.
- He holds a bachelors degree in law from Oxford University where he graduated first in his class.
- Orestes also holds an MBA from INSEAD Business School with distinction.
- He is a director in multiple hospitality and real estate private companies and is an active member of Young Presidents Organization, or YPO, a chief executive leadership organization.
Tim Ryan
Independent Director

- Mr. Ryan is the President & CEO of Celtic Consulting and a former U.S. Congressman with two decades of legislative and policy experience.
- He serves as a member of Coinbase’s Global Advisory Council, where he helps guide cryptocurrency policy.
- He sits on multiple boards focused on artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, offering insight into the evolving intersection of innovation, labor, and regulatory frameworks.
- During his 20 years representing Northeast Ohio’s 13th Congressional District, Tim earned a national reputation as a pragmatic advocate for American industry, union labor, and forward-thinking economic policy.
- He is the author of two books on systemic reform – Healing America and The Real Food Revolution.
- Tim holds a B.A. from Bowling Green State University and a J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.
Rahul Vir
Independent Director

- Mr. Vir is a hospitality executive with a distinguished career overseeing multiple operational facets of more than 260 hotels.
- He served as board member in ITHAX I which completed successfully its business combination with Mondee.
- Currently he is the founder and principal of White Sails Hospitality, a hospitality consulting services company.
- He has held various leadership roles during his 27 years at Marriott International, Inc. Since January 2020, he has served as Vice President for Owner & Franchise Relations and Marriott Select Brands for the Caribbean and Latin America. From February 2013 to December 2019, he was Area Vice President for the Caribbean and Latin America overseeing hotel portfolios in Central and South America.
- He began his career as General Manager of multiple hotels in the United States and Brazil from February 2004 to February 2013.
Ioannis Tsoutsias
Independent Director

- Since 2019, Mr. Tsoutsias has provided strategic leadership coaching and advisory to entrepreneurs, founders, and growth-stage CEOs, with a focus on navigating complexity and scaling impact.
- From 2015 to 2019 he served as Investment Director of a US family office leading the team and managing investments and projects across multiple asset classes.
- Prior to that, Mr. Tsoutsias served as investment manager at the private equity firm Global Finance, where he focused on investments in Southeast Europe for five years.
- He holds an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from Insead Business School, a Masters in Finance from London Business School and a BSC from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He is also a CFA Charter holder.
