- Since 2019, Mr. Tsoutsias has provided strategic leadership coaching and advisory to entrepreneurs, founders, and growth-stage CEOs, with a focus on navigating complexity and scaling impact.
- From 2015 to 2019, he served as investment director of a family office and from 2017 to 2019, he served as a strategy and M&A advisor to the Atrium Hotels hospitality group.
- Prior to that, Mr. Tsoutsias served as investment manager at the private equity firm Global Finance, where he focused on investments in Southeast Europe for five years.
- He holds an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from Insead Business School, a Masters in Finance from London Business School and a BSC from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He is also a CFA Charter holder.
